Hello. I’m Jenna – a Prince Edward County, Quinte and Hastings County mental health therapist, consultant and trainer. At this time I am primarily working virtually.

As a therapist, I work with issues such as anxiety, trauma, sexuality, gender identity, and chronic pain and/or illness. I draw upon different kinds of therapy, such as: CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma therapy.

It is my understanding that the territory I live and work on is included in the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Iroquois Confederacy and the Confederacy of the Ojibwe and Allied Nations to peaceably share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. I am grateful to work for healing and justice on this land, which has Anishinaabek, including Omamawi’ininiwag (Algonquin) and Haudenosaunee roots. I acknowledge my responsibility to respect, honour and sustain these lands, and to work to address historical and ongoing colonialism, racism, and oppression of Indigenous peoples, while simultaneously honouring Indigenous peoples’ resilience and resistance to oppression.
