Individual Sessions

I currently work via phone or video.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and cost $175.

Depending on your goals I am able to work in a time-limited, goal driven way, or in an open-ended, exploratory, insight-oriented manner.

Groups

In group therapy we learn from and grow with people who have experiences similar to our own. Groups can make us feel less alone and are an opportunity to engage socially. Please email me to learn about virtual and in-person groups in HPE county.
